Jim's Story
Life
Grew up as an Army Brat as most of you know. Appreciate it now more than I first realized. It was a special experience.
Moved from San Francisco to Germany in '75. Left behind ALOT of friends. Moved to NC in '80. Graduated from NC State '85. (Finally!) Currently living in Charlotte, NC.
Currently living with main squeeze, Daniela. Have been for quite a while now. I have no children and we have no children.
I'm currently employed as a registered representative with an insurance/brokerage company.
My father past away in '88. Mother also lives here in Charlotte. Brother Phillip is married,wife Jackie, and live near Atlanta. They are proud parents of my 1st neice! Claire!
Just handle things as they come along. What ELSE can you do? That's my story. Thanks for reading.
School
Well, St Monica's was the only private school I...Expand for more
ever atended. Playing sports with the same guys for 3 years was something. If only I knew about going out with cheerleaders back then! Didn't everyone have a paper route at one time or another? Getting my first crush on a girl. But to shy to say anything. Some things will ALWAYS stay with you I guess. getting into a fist fight and actually hitting a friend (Big Stephen)and crying about it later. (My last fist fight til this day!) Remembering to wear those brown pants and white shirts! Sneaking in to see JAWS with the everyone. (I STILL won't swim in the ocean!)
Writing this makes me smile.
College
Well, to make a long story short... College was what it was suppose to be. An experience with some experiments! Had I focussed on my studies instead of trying to study a coed, maybe my grades would've been better! Got any more beer?
